Here is a very useful little program Jay Macarty found for us, called PrintKey. it takes a screen shot when you hit the "print screen" button on your keyboard, and will convert it to a .MDI (Microsoft Document Imaging) format.
the MDI viewer allows you to do an OCR scan of the image into a Word document, which withMS Word or Word Viewer, means we can read such items our selves
*Note: the OCR included in the MDI viewer is not of the highest quality, so such conversions are likely to have flaws, but its better than before!.
